Paving contractors have informed us that they are booked through 2024. In addition, suppliers in Billings MT are not willing to supply/deliver asphalt to the project due to the specified temperature requirements. Will WFL please consider either revising the specifications to allow for the material to be hauled from Billings; or allow for pavement to be placed in 2025?

The Government does not intend to revise the solicitation requirements. Please submit bids according to the solicitation documents.
