Exact dimensions are not provided on sheets C.7 or C.8, but assumptions can be made from the details. The Welded Wire Form detail on sheet C.8 calls out a 4x4 wire mesh, and with this size square considered when counting the mesh openings shown in the detail, the form is assumed to have an 18” face and 26” tail.
Please confirm.
This will be addressed in a forthcoming amendment.

Also, when counting the struts shown and considering they’re spaced at 24” as noted, it could be assumed that the form should be 8’ long (measured horizontally at the face). Please confirm.
Form lengths (measured horizontally at the face) are not specified.

The project specifications section 720.01(k) calls for galvanized welded wire forms, but a galvanization spec number is not provided. The struts [section 720.01(l)] are noted for hot dip galvanized (AASHTO M 232), and it is assumed that the forms should have the same galvanization type as the struts ‐ hot dip galvanized (AASHTO M‐111). Please confirm.
This will be addressed in a forthcoming amendment.
