The failure or neglect of a Proposer to receive or examine such documents, statutes, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions shall in no way relieve the Proposer from any obligations with respect to its Proposal or to any Contract awarded pursuant to the bid documents. No claim for additional compensation will be allowed which is based on lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of these documents, statutes, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions.

Erasures or other changes or entries made by the Proposer must be initialed by the person signing the proposal.

Errors and administrative corrections do not include providing proper documentation to ensure a responsive bid as outlined in the contract documents.

A bidder may request to withdraw a bid due to an honest clerical or arithmetical mistake—such as a math or transposition error—by providing written notice and credible evidence to the contracting officer typically within three business days of the bid opening.
