About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for RFB-RC-2025-097, issued by the Rockland County Department of General Services, Purchasing Division, located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center in Pomona, New York. The addendum provides clarifications for a request for bid by addressing two specific questions from potential vendors. The first question addresses licensing requirements, for which the county mandates that all technicians must possess a valid driver's license and complete a comprehensive set of required disclosures and certifications, including a Certificate of Equipment and Certificate of Experience.
The addendum confirms that subcontracting is permitted under this contract, with detailed guidelines available in Section 7 ("Subcontracting") and Section J ("Certification of Compliance Labor Regulations"). The document is signed by Paul J. Brennan, the Director of Purchasing, who holds multiple professional certifications including FNIGP, NIGP-CPP, and CPPO. Vendors are instructed to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid proposal's signature page, with a warning that failure to do so may result in disqualification from the bidding process.
