About this file
This is a Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment Certification Form submitted with the Granite School District's Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Solid Phenolic Bathroom Partitions with Hardware for Olympus Jr High School in Utah. The IFB seeks to procure solid phenolic bathroom partitions that will be installed by the GSD Carpenter Shop, with specifications and drawings available in the bid public files section. The procurement is anticipated to result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Vendors are required to guarantee their pricing for 90 days, and the Granite School District reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted alternate products. Bidders may submit questions through the designated Q&A section.
The certification form applies to bids or offers exceeding $100,000 and requires contractors to certify that no federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to influence federal officials in connection with the contract award. Contractors must disclose any non-federal lobbying activities using Standard Form LLL and include identical certification language in all subawards. Failure to file required certifications or disclosures subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per violation. The form mandates that all subrecipients certify and disclose lobbying activities accordingly, ensuring compliance with 31 U.S.C. Section 1352 as amended by the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.
