About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form required for federal contracts, grants, loans, and cooperative agreements exceeding $100,000 or those potentially funded under FEMA Public Assistance grants, related to Indian River County's West Regional/Glendale Wastewater Treatment Facility Metal Roof Panel Replacement project in Florida. The certification requires the contractor to affirm that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to any person for lobbying or attempting to influence federal officers, members of Congress, or their employees in connection with the award of this federal contract or any modification thereof.

The contractor must submit this certification as a prerequisite for contract award and must include identical certification language in all subaward documents at all tiers. If non-federal funds have been or will be used for lobbying activities, the contractor must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL. Failure to file the required certification subjects the contractor to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The contractor's authorized official must sign and date the form, certifying the truthfulness and accuracy of all statements, and acknowledging that the provisions of 31 U.S.C. 3801 et seq. apply to the certification and any required disclosures.
