About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form required for the Property Appraiser Office Remodel project in Vero Beach, Florida. The form must be submitted with bids or offers exceeding $100,000 or any bid that may be paid for under a FEMA PA Grant. The certification confirms that no Federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence any officer or employee of a Federal agency, Member of Congress, or congressional employee in connection with the awarding of this Federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. The project scope involves providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete an approximately 1,410 square foot interior renovation of the Property Appraiser Office located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida.
The contractor certifies that if any non-Federal funds are paid for lobbying purposes, a Standard Form-LLL Disclosure Form will be completed and submitted. The contractor is responsible for including the certification language in all subaward documents at every tier and ensuring all subrecipients certify and disclose accordingly. Failure to file the required certification subjects the contractor to a civil penalty between $10,000 and $100,000 for each failure. The certification is a material representation of fact and is a prerequisite for entering into the transaction. The contractor's authorized official must sign and date the form, affirming the truthfulness and accuracy of all statements and agreeing that provisions of 31 U.S.C. Section 3801 et seq. apply to the certification and any disclosure.
