About this file
This is a Non-Conflict of Interest certification document required by the Colorado Department of Corrections for bidders participating in the Cable TV Repair Services procurement opportunity. The document requires authorized signers to certify compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes sections 18-8-302, 18-8-306, 18-8-301, and 18-8-308, as well as the State of Colorado State Controller Policy on Procurement Conflicts of Interest. Bidders must affirm they have no actual, potential, perceived, or apparent conflicts of interest and acknowledge that the CDOC Procurement Official serves as custodian of state information and records provided during the procurement process.
The certification establishes that signers understand restrictions on information distribution and agree not to sell, share, or use state information except as expressly authorized. Bidders must declare they have no personal or beneficial interest in the service described and commit to immediately notifying the Procurement Agent of any situations that could alter their conflict of interest representations or create an appearance of impropriety. The document confirms that signers are employees of private employers or independent contractors under contract with the State of Colorado and are receiving information in that official capacity. Completion and return of this exhibit is mandatory for bid submission.
