About this file

This is an attachment to a contract opportunity from the University of Texas at Austin regarding a Turnkey Ultrapure DI Water System solicitation in Texas. The document specifies requirements for the Certificate of Interested Parties, which contractors must complete and submit unless exempt under Section 2252.908(c) of the Texas Government Code. Contractors are required to use the Texas Ethics Commission electronic filing web page to complete the most current Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and submit it to both the Texas Ethics Commission and the University. The form must be submitted with the signed Agreement.

The Certificate of Interested Parties is a mandatory disclosure requirement under Texas ethics law, designed to identify interested parties in state contracts. Contractors should verify their exemption status before proceeding, as certain entities may be exempt from this requirement. The referenced statute and the Texas Ethics Commission's official form provide the regulatory framework and specific instructions for completion and submission of this documentation.
