About this file

This document is an Addendum (#4) to a Request for Proposal (RFP# 6000001897) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional architectural and landscape architectural design services. The RFP solicits proposals for architectural and design services to be performed on a task order basis over a four-year term. The addendum addresses four specific questions from potential bidders regarding the RFP requirements, covering topics such as subconsultant usage, experience qualification, potential engineering services, and architectural licensing.

The key clarifications provided in the addendum emphasize that the Prime Firm must meet all minimum qualifications directly, including holding the necessary architecture license. The Port Authority confirmed that experience gained while working for other firms can count towards the total years of experience required, and that task orders may include engineering services in addition to architectural design. Interested parties with further questions are directed to contact Mr. Edmund Mendrala at EMendrala@panynj.gov. The document was issued on January 18, 2024, from the Port Authority's office located at 4 World Trade Center in New York City.
