Vendors must include in their proposals a description of how each requirement will be met, implementation timeline with milestones, training and ongoing support details, case studies and references from other K-12 districts, comprehensive pricing for licenses, implementation, training and support, and security certifications with documented business continuity and disaster recovery plans. The solution must operate on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model with 24/7 availability, minimal downtime, capacity to support thousands of concurrent users, and defined uptime guarantees and support response times.
