About this file
This is a No Israel Boycott Certification Form required by the State of Missouri for St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) in connection with a Professional Development, Performance Evaluation and Absence Management Software Solutions procurement. The certification applies to all contracts with a total potential value of $100,000 or greater and to contractors with 10 or more employees. Under Missouri Government Code SCS/SB 739 (the Anti-Discrimination against Israel Act), SLPS cannot enter into a contract unless the vendor provides written certification that it does not currently boycott Israel and agrees not to boycott Israel during the contract term. The form requires the authorized company official to sign and date the certification, affirming that the firm and its principals comply with these requirements. Any contract failing to include this certification shall be void against public policy.
The certification form is a mandatory compliance document that must be completed and submitted as part of the vendor's proposal response. Failure to provide this certification or a company's engagement in a boycott of Israel or any entity doing business with Israel will result in contract ineligibility. The form is fillable and straightforward, requiring only the vendor name, authorized official's printed name, signature, and date. This requirement represents a condition precedent to contract award and must be satisfied regardless of other proposal evaluation criteria or the vendor's technical qualifications for providing the software solution.
