About this file

This document is a Sexual Harassment Training Policy Statement exhibit required for bid submission to Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC) in New York. By submitting a bid or proposal, all bidders and authorized representatives must certify under penalty of perjury that their organization has implemented a written sexual harassment prevention policy in the workplace and provides annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. The policy must meet the minimum requirements outlined in Section 201-g of the New York Labor Law. Bidders are required to affirm their compliance with this certification on a specified date before submission.

The document includes a notice referencing New York Penal Law Section 210.45, which establishes that knowingly making false statements in written instruments constitutes a Class A misdemeanor. This requirement is standard for state and local contract opportunities in New York and serves as a compliance measure to ensure organizational accountability regarding workplace safety and harassment prevention standards. No pricing, incumbents, or contract term information is contained within this exhibit, as it functions solely as a mandatory certification requirement for bid eligibility.
