About this file
This document is a signed guidelines form from the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department establishing conduct standards for non-employees with limited access to students in connection with the School Nutrition Chicken Processing Services RFP. The guidelines establish the scope and limitations of non-employee access to school facilities and student interaction. Non-employees are restricted to designated areas necessary for conducting their assigned responsibilities and may only contact students as authorized by school administration. Non-employee access to school premises is limited to regular school hours or times prearranged with administration, and non-school employees require an employee escort to access areas where children are present during the school day. All non-employees must conduct themselves appropriately in both actions and speech while on school premises and are prohibited from soliciting student participation in their assigned duties.
The guidelines establish behavioral expectations prohibiting smoking and the use of offensive or inappropriate language on school premises. The document requires signature from the non-employee's company representative along with printed name and title, indicating this is a compliance acknowledgment that proposers must complete as part of the RFP response for chicken processing services. The form was last updated in August 2023, reflecting current district policy requirements for vendor engagement with Cherokee County School District facilities and students.
