About this file

This is a Noncollusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for the School Nutrition Chicken Processing Services RFP. The certification requires all bidders to attest under penalty of perjury that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors; that quoted prices have not been disclosed to other bidders prior to bid opening; and that no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids for the purpose of restricting competition. The certification must be signed by a corporate officer of the proposing entity and include the legal name of the proposer, the officer's printed name, and title.

The form emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. This certification is a standard procurement requirement for the RFP, which allows for multiple awards at CCSD's discretion. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center. The document was last updated on August 23 (2023).
