About this file

This document is a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Program Management LAP Certification of Current Capacity form, specifically form 525-010-46, which is confidential per Chapter 337.14(1) of Florida Statutes. The two-page form is designed for FDOT pre-qualified contractors to certify their current contract capacity for a specific letting date. The form requires contractors to detail their total uncompleted work and confirm that the amount of any proposal submitted does not exceed their maximum capacity rating.

The form includes specific instructions for preparing the certification, such as reflecting uncompleted work as of the 15th day of the month before or of the letting month, depending on the letting date. Contractors must include all new contracts and subcontracts awarded within five days of the letting date in their report. The document provides a detailed "Status of Contracts on Hand" table where contractors can list project details, including owner, location, contract amounts, sublet amounts, and uncompleted work to be done as a prime or subcontractor. The form requires precise financial reporting, with amounts to be shown to the nearest $100 and allows consolidation of smaller contracts meeting specific criteria.
