About this file
This document is a Special Conditions specification from the Neighborhood & Economic Operations Department for a demolition project located at 521 Wildwood Ave in Michigan. The project involves comprehensive demolition and site preparation, including the removal of a 4,947 sq. ft. house, abatement of hazardous materials in compliance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations, and extensive site restoration. Specific requirements include removing half of a double-wide approach, installing new curb and gutter, replacing 78 linear feet of public sidewalks, and managing vegetation by removing trees and brush while preserving select trees.
