About this file
This document contains a federal contract clause limiting order quantities under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for supplies or services. The contract establishes a minimum order value of $25,763.60 and maximum single order value of $465,669.34. The contractor is not obligated to honor any order exceeding these thresholds or a series of orders from the same office totaling more than the maximum within 30 days. However, orders exceeding the maximum must be returned within 5 days with notice of intent not to ship, after which the government may acquire the supplies or services elsewhere.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health National Institute on Drug Abuse for liquid nitrogen deliveries under solicitation number 75N95023Q00268.
