About this file

This is Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 505ENT-M20-VEHICMAINT-00 between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and Holman aka Automotive Rental, Inc. (ARI), located at 4001 Leadenhall Road, Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The amendment was executed on October 21, 2022, by Cheryl Edgington, Director of the State Bureau of Procurement for Wisconsin, and Robert L. White as President for Holman/ARI.

The contract covers Managed Fleet Vehicle Maintenance & Accident Management Services for Wisconsin state-owned vehicles. This amendment specifically adds glass replacement and repair services to the existing contract scope. Key changes include: establishing glass services through a dedicated phone prompt at 1-833-WISCFIX, with vehicles on monthly service plans receiving glass repair at no additional cost, while vehicles not on monthly plans pay a $25 coordination fee plus established contract percentages. A separate billing account will be established for the Wisconsin Department of Administration Risk Management division to handle all glass repair costs, with monthly billing cycles. The amendment maintains all other existing contract terms, with glass service provisions taking precedence in case of conflicts.
