Upon the expiration or termination of the agreement, the Lessee shall have the option to remove any non-permanent improvements installed during the term, provided such removal does not cause damage to the facility. If the Lessee does not remove such improvements, they shall become the property of the City without any further compensation to the Lessee. Any damages caused to the facility as a result of the removal of improvements must be repaired by the Lessee at its own expense within thirty (30) days of the removal. Failure to do so shall result in the City completing the repairs and billing the Lessee for the cost of such repairs.
