5-P-2088460 - EEs Census Attachment B.xlsx

The document is an Attachment B file related to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services solicitation by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), containing a comprehensive list of employee addresses within the agency's service area. The attachment appears to be a detailed spreadsheet listing employee zip codes and cities, primarily concentrated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan region, with locations spanning cities such as Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Arlington, Mesquite, and numerous surrounding suburban communities in Texas.

While the attachment does not provide explicit pricing or contract details, it serves as a critical demographic document that likely informs the scope and potential utilization of the Employee Assistance Program services. The extensive list suggests DART has a large, geographically dispersed workforce across multiple North Texas municipalities, which would impact the requirements for EAP service coverage, accessibility, and potential provider network considerations. The document appears to be a supporting exhibit for the solicitation, providing context about the employee population that will be served by the proposed EAP contract.
