About this file
This is a New Jersey State Business Organization Registration document for the Bayshore Concrete Utility Association (BCUA), a public body corporate and politic organized under New Jersey law. The document establishes BCUA's legal status and organizational framework as the contracting entity for the Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inspection, and As-Need Repair & Replacement Parts procurement. The registration confirms BCUA's authority to enter into contracts and procure vendors for technical services and equipment maintenance on an as-needed basis for the Authority's Siemens/Rolls Royce 501 KB Engines. Prospective vendors must be fully authorized OEM vendors capable of supplying all replacement parts, materials, and supplies as specified in the manufacturer parts books or approved equivalents, along with providing on-demand service and repairs.
The registration document serves as foundational documentation establishing BCUA's legal capacity and legitimacy to conduct the procurement process in New Jersey. This organizational documentation is essential for contract execution and vendor qualification verification, ensuring that the procurement is conducted by a legally recognized public entity with proper statutory authority. Vendors responding to this opportunity should verify BCUA's registration status and understand that pricing, set-aside requirements, and specific contract terms will be detailed in the full bid solicitation documents and any addendums issued by the Authority.
