About this file
Exhibit C1 - Price Proposal Instructions is a document from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) - District Four for Districtwide Title Search and Examination Services. The document provides detailed guidance for vendors submitting price proposals for title search and examination services covering multiple counties. The quantities listed are estimated for evaluation purposes only and do not necessarily represent the actual quantities that will be authorized under the agreement. The contract will have an initial term with potential renewal periods, and unit rates will apply to both the initial term and any renewal periods.
The pricing instructions specify that unit prices/billing rates must include all associated costs, such as salaries, overhead, fringe benefits, operating margin, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, travel, transportation, general and administrative expenses, and potential subcontractor costs. Bidders must enter prices in US Dollars (dollars and cents) for all items, and leaving spaces blank or using non-standard entries may result in the bid being considered non-responsive. The document emphasizes that vendors should not recreate, modify, or replace the Department's Exhibit C, and they must not change the Department's estimated quantities.
