About this file
This document is Exhibit C1 - Price Proposal Instructions for a Districtwide Title Search and Examination Services contract for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in District Four. The solicitation (DOT-RFP-25-4005-CO) seeks vendor proposals for title search and examination services, with estimated quantities provided for evaluation purposes only. The unit rates proposed will apply to the initial contract term and any potential renewal periods.
The pricing instructions specify that unit prices/billing rates must comprehensively include all associated costs, such as salaries, overhead, fringe benefits, operating margin, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, travel, transportation, general and administrative expenses, and potential subcontractor costs. Bidders are required to enter all prices in US dollars and cents, with a warning that leaving spaces blank, marking N/A, or not using the official Exhibit C could result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The document emphasizes that estimated quantities are for evaluation only and do not guarantee specific work volumes under the resulting agreement.
