Upon district approval, the vendor will receive a Letter of Authorization Addendum. The document is signed by Cynthia Oxley, Procurement Agent, and provides a standardized response form for bidders to complete, including fields for bidder name, address, and signature, ensuring formal documentation of the Q&A exchange and vendor acknowledgment.
