Vendors are required to notify the Department of Personnel if they or any subcontractors intend to perform work outside the United States or Colorado, with notification required within 20 days of contracting or deciding to contract outside these jurisdictions. The procurement section of the form is completed by the Department to document whether proper notice was provided and to record the type of services performed outside the designated geographic scope.
