The addendum clarifies specifications through twenty-four questions and answers addressing critical project details such as floor plan labeling, occupancy status during renovation, contractor work hours, and asbestos testing requirements. In the ammunition storage room, the contractor shall install a 6-foot chain link fence with three lockable 3-foot gates instead of standard metal doors due to clearance limitations, and remove the existing 12'x12' concrete pad and casework. Data, low voltage systems, access control, security, and egress lighting will be provided by the owner.
