About this file

This document is Attachment B from the City of Detroit's Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), specifically detailing proposal requirements for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The attachment outlines the mandatory components for a proposal introduction, which must include a statement confirming the proposal's response to the RFQ, a brief organizational description, a commitment to perform requested work according to RFQ requirements, and evidence of necessary licenses or registrations for contract service provision.

The document provides a structured template for potential bidders to follow when submitting their proposal, ensuring that each submission contains critical baseline information. While the specific details of the underlying RFQ are not present in this attachment, the document establishes clear guidelines for how respondents should frame their initial proposal introduction, focusing on transparency, organizational capability, and regulatory compliance.
