About this file

This document is an Agreement to District Solicitation Provisions form from the Amarillo Independent School District. The form requires a proposer/vendor to indicate whether they are fully accepting all solicitation provisions (including Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Specifications) or if they have specific exceptions to those provisions. Proposers are warned that any exceptions or alterations may render their proposal unresponsive, and any undeclared exceptions will not be considered part of any resulting agreement.

The form provides a structured mechanism for vendors to transparently communicate their compliance or potential deviations from the solicitation requirements. By requiring explicit marking of acceptance or exceptions and mandating that any exceptions be formally attached, the district ensures clear communication and prevents misunderstandings about contract terms. The document emphasizes that even if a proposal is incorporated by reference, undeclared exceptions will not relieve the proposer from full compliance with all original solicitation provisions.
