About this file

This document is an Addendum #3 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional land surveying services. The RFP (No. 6000002382) is for performance of land surveying services on a task order basis, with a four-year contract term. The proposal submission deadline is set for 2:00 P.M. on September 27, 2024, and interested firms are required to submit proposals for full-time engineering and technical personnel from their prime firm.

The addendum clarifies two key points for potential bidders: first, only resumes of full-time engineering and technical personnel should be included in the proposal, and an organizational chart is not required; second, "The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey" must be named as the Certificate holder on the Certificate of Insurance. Potential bidders with questions are directed to contact Ms. Elza Renazile at erenazile@panynj.gov for further information or clarification about the RFP.
