About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a federal solicitation (47QSCC25R0023) for warehouse/storage services. Key changes include extending the proposal submission deadline from August 26, 2025 to September 9, 2025, with volumes 1, 2, and 4 to be electronically submitted to Katie.Hudiburgh@gsa.gov and Andres.Almazan@gsa.gov by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Significant modifications involve warehousing requirements (climate-controlled spaces), economic price adjustment terms for the Republic of Korea (fixed markup percentage), and proposal submission guidelines requiring English-language documents in Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat format. The amendment also updates requirements for joint ventures/consortiums, subcontractor letters of intent, and introduces a Live Test Demonstration (LTD) scheduled approximately two weeks after initial proposal review, which will be conducted via Google Meet and strictly limited to one hour.
