About this file
This is a Vendor Response Document template for solicitation 47QMCA26Q0026, a GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Marshalling Services contract for Helena, Montana. The document serves as a standardized form for vendors to submit their qualifications and capabilities in response to the Government's request for proposal.
The template requires vendors to provide comprehensive information including contractor details, key personnel contacts, payment remittance address, authorized negotiator information, and places of performance. Vendors must identify which services they offer—including marshalling support, general support, and custodial preparation services—and confirm their current SAM registration with active representations and certifications. Critical facility requirements are detailed in Section 9, mandating secure parking areas, adequate space for vehicle delivery and unloading on large transport vehicles, hard-surfaced parking, permanent restrooms, ADA compliance, secured storage for government property and license plates, desk space for the Contracting Officer's Representative, and internet access including Wi-Fi throughout the facility and capability to upload/download files to GSA servers. Vendors must also describe their mechanical repair shop, body repair shop, and reconditioning shop capabilities—or identify subcontractors if outsourcing these functions. Section 10 establishes mandatory insurance requirements: vehicular and general public liability coverage with minimum bodily injury limits of $500,000 per person/$500,000 per occurrence and property damage limits of $50,000 per accident/$300,000 aggregate, plus workers' compensation insurance. The document is structured to collect vendor certifications confirming compliance with all stated requirements or identifying inability to meet specific standards.
