About this file
The document is a PowerPoint presentation for the GSA Office of Fleet Management's Light Vehicles Program FY25 Fall Open Season Industry Day, detailing the procurement process for light vehicles. The Open Season, scheduled from May 19 to July 8, 2025, allows existing contractors to update pricing, specifications, and optional equipment for current models, and enables new offerors to submit proposals for new vehicle models. Contractors can propose vehicles under specific Special Item Numbers (SINs), with GSA Engineering reviewing and approving submissions. The Statutory Price Limitation (SPL) is set at $40,000 for sedans and $41,140 for passenger vans and station wagons.
Key dates include the Industry Day on May 7, 2025, GSAFleet.gov account requests due by May 12, bid period opening on May 19, and closing on July 8 at noon EDT. New offerors must submit full proposal documents and schedule an intake meeting with the contracting team, with an estimated 6-8 week review period. The procurement will be governed by 2026 Federal Vehicle Standards, focusing on commercially available vehicles. Pricing, specifications, and options will be entered directly into GSAFleet.gov, replacing the previous AutoChoice and AutoBid systems. Awards are targeted for September 2025, with contracts concluding in November 2026.

QUESTIONS?
QUESTIONS
GSA Office of Fleet Management Center for Vehicle Acquisition Just to confirm, NO quote worksheet is required for supplemental or “special” LU options?
That is correct, only main LU options (“LU##”) will require a quote worksheet; no supplemental submission is required for the ancillary LU options (e.g. AND, WSS, graphics, etc.)
Is there a submitted items checklist report like there used to be in AutoBid?
Not at this time, but you can download a “submitted line items report” which will show you all line items that have been submitted and the data entered for each.
GSA Office of Fleet Management Center for Vehicle Acquisition Will emissions data be required, and what do we do if emissions data is not yet known for MY26?
Emissions data will be entered in the Engine and Fuel tab; if you do not yet have verified data for MY26, you can check the “Fuel-related data is unknown at this time…” box and work to fill in the blanks as soon as possible.
GSA Office of Fleet Management Center for Vehicle Acquisition Notes:
