About this file
This Small Business Participation Commitment Document (SBPCD) Template outlines requirements for a prime contractor to subcontract a portion of the work to small businesses. The prime contractor must indicate their size status and proposed total subcontracting dollars and percentages to small business categories including small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. After award, any changes to small business participants or commitments require approval from the Contracting Officer.
The Unified User Interface (UUI) solicitation requests proposals for a single award contract to provide unified user interface services. The pre-proposal conference will be held on February 6, 2024 and questions are due by February 5th and 8th. Proposals are due by February 26, 2024. The service contract is not set aside for small businesses. It is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act and includes the applicable wage determination. The General Services Administration is the contracting agency.
