N/A | N/A | Will the Government provide a large lay down area for storage of equipment and materials during the procurement and install phase? | They can use our Secured Sallyport by the garage for storage of equipment/materials. |

Attachment 1 SOW, Section IV | 30, 32, 35 | Can the Government confirm that any repair or replacement of the mezzanine pedestrian or bay doors are not the responsibility of the Contractor? | SOW does not ask the contractor to repair or replace any doors. |
Floor Plan Layout | Is there room to install a network switch in and existing rack in Rm 122? | OPR Response - No, there is no room in Rm #122, Secure Server Room. The supplied agency security design intent shows the panels in Rm#123 next to the ICE IRMENT switch for that floor. A secure rack and switch for the VSS can be installed in Rm #123, where there is plenty of room. DO NOT PLACE ANY ESS PANELS OR RACKS IN Rm #122. | |
Floor Plan Layout | Please confirm that sheets showing a BMS (green rectangle with center line) on doors with card readers require a separate BMS device in addition to the PACS DSM for door status. Is a double pole device with separate connections to PACS and IDS acceptable? | OPR Response - As per the ESS SOW, DPDT is NOT allowed. The IDS and PACS must have separate door contacts. | |
Floor Plan Layout | Please identify location of video client workstations required. | OPR Response - This would be dependent upon contractor design; however they should be mounted behind the VSS monitors. | |
N/A | N/A | Clearly indicate all doors that have existing NFPA compliant exit devices. | OPR Response - Contractor will need to conduct walk-through to verify. |
SOW 11.10 | 12 of 38 | Need to confirm adequate HVAC controls in all locations that require equipment/racks. In addition, during the site visit room 120 was of floor one was noticed to be very warm. Please confirm how the government anticipates proving adequate environment for equipment and that this is not the contractor responsibility. | Jessica - Any Issues with on site HVAC that would undermine the proper cooling for the new system? OPR Response: In the design intent we show the panels to be installed in Rm# 123 where the ICE IRMNET switch is located, not in Rm#120 Evidence Room. I suspect they meant room #122, which I advise against installing any ESS panels in that room. |
SOW 11.11.1 | 13 of 38 | Does the site have an emergency power circuit or generator power source that is available for use in all project equipment locations? | Yes. |

Please propose accordingly. OPR Response - This is dependent upon local ordance and code requirements. | |
SOW 11.2.1 | 11 of 38 | Are there existing secure penetrations and conveyances between all relevant building floors to facilitate data transmission between all project floors? If not, who is responsible for providing the penetrations and if contractor is responsible are there any restrictions/requirements? | Yes. We are asking to replace an existing system withas needed location changes on each floor. |
