About this file
This document is a Subcontractor Consent Form related to Solicitation 47PH0823R0003, a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction, Repair, and Alteration, with Design-Build and Incidental Abatement for GSA/PBS Region 7. The form allows subcontractors to consent to the government sharing their past performance information with the prime contractor during the source selection process. The contract will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The work will be in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, with the contracts awarded by geographic zone. The procurement is set aside for small businesses, with an estimated range of $2,000 to $5,000,000 per task order. Offerors will be evaluated based on past performance and hypothetical projects, with technical merit more important than price. The government intends to award 5-7 IDIQ contracts per zone.
