About this file
This document is a Pricing Proposal Form for a federal contract opportunity. The form is for Solicitation Number 47PH0823R0003, a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction, Repair, and Alteration, with Design-Build and incidental Abatement services for GSA/PBS Region 7. The contract has a five-year period of performance and will be awarded to 5-7 small business concerns per geographic zone within Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Offerors must propose four sets of percentage rates for overhead and indirect project costs to be applied to the Division cost subtotal. The rates must be all-inclusive and cover various indirect costs. Travel and related costs will only be reimbursed for travel outside the identified radius. The contract has a Maximum Order Limitation of $2-6 million per contract per zone, depending on the offeror's project pool designation. Proposals will be evaluated on technical merit and price, with technical factors being significantly more important than price.
