EXHIBIT J2 Addendum: Quality Assurance Surveillance Program

25. Grounds-Deep cleaning

All requirements detailed in section C.3 of the Performance Work Statement are applicable and subject to government inspection.

Surveillance Method: Visual inspections Frequency: After completion of work

Exhibit J15: Building exterior and hardscape plan Product and method to be used for cleaning exterior granite:

Plaza Deep Cleaning Product and Methodology

Product: Prosoco T2515 Klean & Release with T2518 Activator (PROSOCO technical Customer Care, toll-free, at 800-255-4255).

Mixing Instructions: Dilute 3 gallons water + 1 gallon Klean & Release + 1 gallon Activator, a 3/1/1 ratio. In some extremely soiled areas, the standard ratio of 3 gallons of water may require a more concentrated ratio of 2/1/1 or even 1/1/1.

Application Instructions:

1. Prewet the surface with clean water.

2. Apply the prepared solution to the surface using a roller, brush or low-pressure spray.

3. Let the cleaner dwell on the surface 5–10 minutes. While the surface is still wet, gently scrub or agitate with a nonabrasive brush or broom.

4. NOTE: Do not let the cleaner solution dry on the surface. If drying occurs, lightly wet surfaces with fresh water, then repeat the process of step 3, reapplying the prepared solution, allowing 3-5 minutes of dwell time before scrubbing a final time.

5. Rinse the surface thoroughly with approximately 300-400 psi clean water. Rinse with enough water (using a 15–45° fan spray tip) and pressure to flush spent cleaner and dissolved soiling from the granite surface and surface pores without damage.

6. Repeat at least once while the surface is still moist from the previously applied prepared solution.

Let surface dry thoroughly before inspection. Repeat entire process if dirt is still apparent.

Cleanup: Clean tools and equipment using fresh water.

B.1.0 Offer for Standard Services

(Reference section C.3 Standard Services) The contractor is required to perform the requirements of Section C.3.1.7. However, if the contractor plans to divert onsite personnel from performing lower priority cleaning tasks to perform the requirements of Section C.3.1.7 until building occupancy increases, then the monthly amount listed below for the initial 12-month period will not be funded. The Standard Service pricing listed below will become effective once the Contractor, Contracting Officer Representative and Contracting Officer agree that based on increased building occupancy, it is no longer viable to divert onsite personnel from performing lower priority cleaning tasks to perform the requirements of Section C.3.1.7. At that time, a subsequent modification will be issued to obligate funding and result in an increase in the monthly price.
