SUPPLEMENT TO STANDARD FORM (SF) 1442

SOLICITATION, OFFER AND AWARD FOR RFP 47PE0119R0021

PARTITIONING AND MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS AND ASBESTOS ABATEMENT

TENNESSEE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CENTER

The Offeror is required to submit two Bid Forms. The first section is associated with estimates developed using the traditional Construction Line Item list. The second section is associated with estimates developed using RS Means Cost Estimating data. The Offeror is required to purchase or have access to RS Means Cost Estimating software for the duration of this contract. The Offeror is required to produce two sets of Coefficients. The first set of Coefficients will apply to work accomplished using the traditional Construction Line Item list as the Unit Price Book (UPB). The second set of Coefficients will apply to work accomplished using RS Means as the Unit Price Book (UPB).

The offeror shall submit prices for each option which take into account any changes in the costs of labor and materials. No escalation of the option prices shall be provided.
