Questions & Answers Sol No: 47PE0119R0021

Q. Page 53, Proposal Contents; states a Standard Form LLL is required. I could not find this form in the solicitation package posted to fbo.gov. Is this form required and will one be provided?

A. The form is required and has been uploaded to beta.sam.gov. The title of the document is “SFLLL_1_2_P-V12a (1).pdf “

Q. Section II.C. Price Proposal of Document: C201-SB shows a SAMPLE PARTITION PRICE FORM ENTRY table. It references Section II.B of the Agreement, but I do not see a pricing table in Section II.B. Is pricing required to be submitted in this table format or will the CLINS iin the SF1442 be sufficient? If pricing is required in the price form table format in addition to the CLINS, will a table be provided or do we re-create?

A. Section II.B of the Agreement directs you to the bid forms. The bid forms are now uploaded to beta.sam.gov titled “Bid Forms.”

Q. Factor 1 Experience: requires a summary of 3 similar projects; Factor 3 Past Performance: requires the completion of the General Contractor Reference Form on at least 3 comparable projects. It is unclear if the projects used in Factor 3 should be those used in Factor 1. Do we write-up 3 projects for factor 1, then send evaluations for those three projects in factor 3, or is factor 3 three different projects?

A. The Same projects should be used for Factor 1 and Factor 3.
