The construction substantial completion period is 560 cal days from

NTP. There is an additional 60 cal days for Project Closeout. The total project duration is 620 cal days project duration.

2 Factor 3: Past Performance requires us to submit PPQs (ore previously completed PPQs) for each project in Factor 1:

Technical Qualifications and Experience on Similar Projects.

Would the government accept a copy of a CPARS evaluation in lieu of a PPQ or previously completed PPQ?

No

3 The SF1442 issued with the RFP was blank. CAn you please provide a new one?

Yes - An updated form has been provided

4 Page 8 of 27 of the RFP states we are to provide C. Backup Pricing

Worksheets as part of our Price Proposal. Typically, we have not been required to provide this information in the past. Can the government please remove this requirement from the RFP?

Yes - Backup pricing worksheets will not be required.

5 Page 9 of 27 of the RFP states that all projects must have been, "successfully and substantially completed within the past ten (10) years.

Can you please confirm that a project which is currently 90% complete qualifies as "substantially complete"?

No, please submit projects that are fully substantially complete.

6 Page 9 of 27 of the RFP states that the PBS Past Performance

Questionnaire is excluded from the page limitation. Can you please confirm that any previously completed PPQs and/or CPARS evaluations will also be EXCLUDED from the page limitations?
