Q8 Please consider allowing previously completed PPQs to be submitted in lieu of requesting new forms from our clients. A8
Q9 Will there be Set-Aside awards in solicitation 47PC0222R0019 for 8(a)?
Do the prices required at the proposal have an escalation factor for the works to be completed at the
USVI?
Can we submit previously completed PPQ/CPARS documents rather than reaching out for new forms, as COs often move on from offices.
Is it valid to present Experience as a subcontractor?
On the price sheet we do not see labor rates required for project manager, quality control manager or site safety, or site superintendent. How do we show these rates on the bid sheet?
Is there a way we can include anticipated travel and per diem for mobilizing?
Will the slides presented be issued as an amendment for reference?
Is GSA open to alternative construction approach such as off site construction or is this a task order based item Primes would submit
