The contractor shall generate multiple mandatory reports including NVAAC price reports, change reports, comparative pricing analysis, savings documentation, 340B pricing reports, entity delinquency reports, and suspected fraudulent reporting reports, all due on specified schedules (weekly, monthly, biannual, and annual). Service performance standards establish minimum service levels with financial penalties of up to 5% of total contract value for failures including incomplete surveys, inaccurate NVAAC determination, missed reporting deadlines, website downtime, and untimely resolution of provider inquiries and complaints. The contractor must maintain qualified staff with an organizational chart and identification of key personnel dedicated to the contract; comply with all applicable federal and state privacy and security requirements including HIPAA and HITECH; designate security and privacy officers; and disclose all subcontractors, data storage locations, and any changes to data processing arrangements prior to implementation, subject to NVHA approval.
