About this file

This document is a Cost Schedule for a state-level contract, specifically involving DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services), detailing pricing and financial parameters for a proposed project. The contract appears to cover professional services with a project scope that requires comprehensive implementation of solutions, though specific service details are not fully elaborated in this excerpt. The contract term includes fiscal year 26 and subsequent years, with defined maximum funding levels.

The pricing structure is established as a not-to-exceed (NTE) model, with a maximum budget of $1,048,604 in FY26 and $1.4 million in each subsequent year. The vendor is required to submit an all-encompassing cost proposal with firm-fixed hourly rates that include overhead, fringe benefits, supplies, and travel expenses. The rates must remain constant throughout the contract term, and vendors are expected to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the entire contract period. Additionally, vendors are asked to specify potential terms for a one-year software license extension post-contract termination, with associated costs clearly articulated in the Cost Schedule.

The NTE shall encompass all costs identified in the proposal, including anticipated changes as the project proceeds, and shall not exceed $1,048,604 in FY26 and $1.4M in each subsequent year.

FIRM-FIXED-FEE. Vendor shall include all-encompassing hourly rates for all proposed professional service classifications. Proposed rates shall be held firm through the contract term. Rates shall include all overhead, fringe benefits, supplies, travel, etc. necessary to complete the work.

Vendor shall articulate all costs for the entire contract term (all fees, rates, etc.). Vendor should also articulate if they are willing to agree to commit to a one-year extension of any software license after contract termination to ensure smooth transition for the State. Any costs associated with this extension must be clearly specified within the Cost Schedule.
