Historical annual quantity for 2026 was 58,800 cases, though exact annual quantities for 2027 are unknown due to fluctuating demand, and no minimum purchase guarantee is provided. The solicitation lists 23 pre-approved copy paper products from manufacturers including Acopy, Boise, Discovery, Domtar, Double A, E-Copy, Fascopy, Global Office Paper, International Paper, Marquee, ORCA, True Red, Ultimate Copy, and Veritiv. Vendors may also propose copy paper brands not on the approved list by submitting technical specification sheets and providing one free case sample (10 reams) for testing and evaluation. Vendors must complete the Vendor Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in U3P to be deemed responsive and demonstrate they can comply with all mandatory minimum requirements. Papers proposed must be on the approved list or successfully qualify through the SOQ process via technical specifications and sample testing. Granite School District reserves the right to be the final judge of paper acceptability and will test samples by running them through high-speed printers to evaluate jamming and dust collection performance. All questions must be submitted through U3P, and answers will be provided via the U3P website. Any changes to the prequalification, including specifications and schedules, will be issued as addenda posted on U3P. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all addenda, and SOQ submission constitutes implied acknowledgment of all addenda. No contact is permitted with Granite School District employees, board members, or EdPAC members regarding this solicitation, except through the designated purchasing contact person; unauthorized contact may result in SOQ rejection. Vendors are solely responsible for timely delivery of responses and samples; late submissions will be ineligible for consideration.
