CORE Architecture demonstrated superior qualifications across the evaluation criteria, particularly excelling in past performance and references while maintaining competitive scores in the other three categories. The firm achieved a score of 25 out of 25 in past performance, 30 out of 35 in team strength, 18 out of 20 in firm qualifications, and 16 out of 20 in design ability.
