About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation from Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) in Dallas, Texas for a Workers' Compensation Administrative Program Services contract, identified as Solicitation No. P-2089620. The amendment (Amendment No. 2) is effective August 5, 2025, and provides answers to vendor questions regarding the procurement. The solicitation seeks a single vendor to manage all service elements for workers' compensation administration, with a designated team of one supervisor and two adjusters handling medical only (MO) and indemnity (IO) claims in a remote work environment located in the DFW area.

The procurement includes details about the current claims environment, revealing 31 medical only claims and 107 indemnity claims as of July 31, 2025. DART is pursuing a flat annual fee pricing model and currently utilizes a 504 doctor panel. The medical bill volume data shows increasing bills from 2022 to 2025, with vendors required to use the RFP number P-2089620 for administrative documentation. The amendment provides clarification on contract specifics, such as the contract length and operational expectations, and offers vendors additional context to prepare their proposals effectively.
