Bids will be time and date stamped by the Bonfire portal. Bids submitted in any manner other than through the Bonfire portal will not be accepted. As a condition of bid responsiveness, the following completed forms and requested information are required by the bid deadline. Bidder must use the Owner’s supplied forms.
FORMS THAT MUST BE IN PDF or EXCEL FORMAT AND UPLOADED TO THE BONFIRE PORTAL:
The following forms must be uploaded to the bonfire portal and be in the format as instructed in Bonfire.
Bidder must use the Owner’s supplied forms. These forms can be signed manually or electronically.
1. Solicitation and Offer Form. The person signing the bid on behalf of the bidder must be the duly authorized representative of the bidder and have the requisite authority to do so.
2. Schedule of Prices. Unit prices must be entered for each line in Bonfire’s electronic bid table. The Total Bid Price (Grand Total) will be automatically calculated. If furnishing a check, the original check must be received in a sealed envelope by a member of the Owner’s procurement department prior to the bid deadline or the bid will be deemed non-responsive.
In submitting this bid, it is understood and agreed by bidder that the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or part of any bid, and it is agreed that the Bid may not be withdrawn for a period of [90] days subsequent to the opening of bids, without the written consent of the Owner.
It is also understood and agreed that if the undersigned bidder should withdraw any part or all of his/her bid within [90] days after the bid opening without the written consent of the Owner, or refuse or be unable to enter into this Contract as provided above, or refuse or be unable to furnish adequate and acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds, or refuse or be unable to furnish adequate and acceptable insurance, as provided herein, it shall forfeit its bid guaranty to the extent the Owner’s damages occasioned by such withdrawal, or refusal, or inability to enter into an agreement, or provide adequate security thereof.
It is further understood and agreed that to the extent the defaulting bidder's bid guaranty shall prove inadequate to fully recompense the Owner for the damages occasioned by default, then the undersigned bidder agrees to indemnify the Owner and pay over to the Owner the difference between the bid guarantee and the Owner’s total damages so as to make the Owner whole.
The bidder understands that any material alteration of the above of any of the material contained https://mct-act.bonfirehub.com/
