About this file
This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Statement of Work issued by the Granite School District Purchasing Department in Utah for the procurement of office and art supplies to be delivered to the district's central warehouse. The solicitation seeks competitive pricing from qualified vendors for supplies that must be drop-shipped in full cases to a single location at GSD Central Warehouse, 340 West 3050 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, which features a loading dock. Bidders must complete and submit the LINE ITEMS BID FORM, labeled as "February Warehouse," with per-unit-of-measure pricing entered in designated yellow-highlighted columns. The district reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors by line item if determined to be in the district's best interest and to exercise an option to order additional units within the next 12 months at the quoted price, provided the supplier agrees to hold pricing. Alternates equivalent in quality, design, and functionality are permitted only for items highlighted in blue and must be accompanied by complete manufacturer specifications, descriptive literature, warranty information, and a physical sample submitted at no expense to the district prior to the Q&A closing; previously approved alternates within the past year are exempt from sample submission requirements.
All bids must include freight costs with F.O.B. Destination terms, with bid and line-item totals limited to two decimal places rounded to the nearest hundredth. The district reserves the right to award to the next lowest bid if the low bid is rejected, disqualified, or fails to provide the procurement items and may award by lowest cost total per brand when items are drop-shipped directly from manufacturers. Vendors must identify manufacturer order minimums and quote numbers in the appropriate comment or question fields. All questions must be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place prior to the Q&A closing date and time, with answers provided through the same platform. The solicitation will close at a precisely stated event time, after which no late submissions will be accepted or considered. Additionally, any vendor or person with an outstanding tax lien in Utah is prohibited from submitting a bid or offer.

GRANITE SCHOOL DISTRICT
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
INVITATION FOR BID
Granite School District (GSD) Purchasing is soliciting competitive pricing from qualified vendors to provide office and art supplies for our central warehouse.
***All products must be drop shipped to one location in full cases.
Do not mix multiple products in one case. ***
Please upload LINE ITEMS BID FORM to vendor attachments. It is labeled as February Warehouse in the public files. This will be considered as your quote. The spreadsheet will multiply the per unit of measure (UOM) bid amount by the quantity listed to figure the line item total.
Vendor must enter a UOM bid amount into the yellow highlighted column. Comments can be entered into the yellow highlighted comment column. Please enter any case count errors into the comment field. If the quantity requested is not divisible by the case count, quantity may be adjusted when a purchase order is issued.
If you notice an error in a description or part number OR one of the items listed is discontinued, please post a question on the Q & A board.
UOM bid and line-item total must be limited to two (2) places after the decimal point.
Vendor must round to the nearest hundredth.
Bid with freight included. F.O. B. Destination. Location has a loading dock.
GSD Central Warehouse 340 West 3050 South Salt Lake City, UT 84115
GSD reserves the right to an option to order more units (within the next 12 months) if requested and if the supplier agrees to hold its pricing. Note: This is not an exclusive purchase agreement.
** Alternates equivalent in quality, design and functionality, may be submitted for consideration only for items highlighted in blue. Any requests for alternate products must be accompanied by complete manufacturer descriptive literature, specifications, and warranty information. Alternate sample must be submitted, at no expense to GSD, prior to the Q & A closing. Please note, any alternative products the Granite School District has approved within the past year will not require a sample. Any approved alternate will be added by addendum. GSD will serve as sole authority as to the approval of an alternate. For all other items not highlighted in blue, alternatives will not be considered or accepted.

**GSD reserves the right to award to multiple vendors by line item if it is determined to be in the best interest of GSD. GSD reserves the right to award to the next low bid if for any reason the low bid is rejected, disqualified, or fails to provide procurement item(s).
