About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for an on-call plumbing contract issued by the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, specifically targeting service needs at South Fork and Wild Horse State Recreation Areas. The contract is designed to provide immediate plumbing and HVAC service support for aging infrastructure at these park locations, with bids required to detail pricing for various service categories including hourly rates for plumbing repairs and replacements, camera inspection services, sewer/drain line cleaning, and HVAC repair and replacement components.
The bidding specifications outline six specific pricing categories that potential contractors must address, ranging from hourly repair rates to specialized service costs. The contract appears to be structured as an on-call emergency service agreement, allowing for rapid response to critical infrastructure issues at the state recreation areas. Contact information is provided for James Fontaine at Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, with the document bearing official state leadership signatures including Governor Joe Lombardo and Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Director James Settelmeyer. While specific budget allocations are not detailed, the scope suggests a need for flexible, responsive maintenance services for critical park infrastructure.
